(Enter between April 27th- April 3oth, Winner announced on Friday May 1st- Did anyone else notice I put April 31st? LOL )
What you are getting:
I have been doing this workout for a few months off and on and love it! It takes some getting used to , as far as the moves, but is well worth it once you get it all figured out. This workout is safe for all types of conditions and limitations, and being newly pregnant again, safety in a workout is a priority for me. So in honor of the Springtime Giveaway Carnival, I am giving away a Basic Workout Plus DVD to one BLESSED reader of mine (because I don't believe in luck ;p)
What you are getting:
This is from the T-Tapp Website:
Great as a warm up or as a stand alone workout, Basic Workout Plus delivers inch loss as well as improved health/wellness. Basic Workout Plus is the first half of the Total Workout plus the exercise Hoe Downs, which is the 3-minute sugar blasting move that drops glucose 62-85 points. Basic Workout Plus proves that less is more with T-Tapp. Learn the basic T-Tapp techniques that make any workout more effective!
Also included with the Basic Workout plus CD:
**Instructional Workout #1: teaches how to do each exercise step by step with detailed instruction.
**Yes You Can With T-Tapp Seminar: a 90-minute seminar explaining how and why the T-Tapp program works, includes several exercises to target different areas of concern (arms, torso, back fat, stomach, thighs, knees, inner core balance) and how to apply T-Tapp techniques with daily activity.
What do I have to do to win, you ask?

ReplyDeleteWinning this would be a mixed blessing. I am very much in need of a little motivation to lose my baby weight. (John is now 8 months!) but at the same time, winning would mean that I actually would have to do it LOL.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway~!
Count me in too!

This sounds like a program that would actually work for me. I have such trouble getting motivated and with 2 kids, I could use more energy. Thanks for the thoughtful giveaway!

ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to buy the T-Tapp Basic Workout for awhile. I almost put it on my Christmas wish list for my family, but my husband said that was not something to ask my sisters and parents for for Christmas. LOL!! I hope I win!!
